Small transfers (under AED 3,000) typically arrive within 1–2 hours after cash collection. Larger transfers may take 24–48 hours. You'll receive a WhatsApp notification when your money has been sent to India.
Currently, we only support personal transfers (savings or current accounts) for family maintenance. We do not support B2B or commercial transfers to corporate accounts.
If there is any network issue with the bank in India, your money is completely safe. The transfer will either be re-initiated automatically or securely refunded to you with zero deductions.
